Skoda Kushaq (Skoda Kushak) was launched in the month of June this year. Since then, it is getting great support from Indian customers. This SUV has crossed the 10,000 booking mark. Its starting ex-showroom price is Rs 10.5 lakh, which goes up to Rs 17.6 lakh on its top variant. In the Indian market, it has a direct and tough competition from Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
Skoda Kushaq SUV comes with two petrol engines. These include 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder TSI and 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder TSI engines. Its 1.0-litre 3-cylinder TSI engine generates 113 bhp power and 175 Nm torque. At the same time, its 1.5-liter 4-cylinder TSI engine generates 148 bhp power and 250 Nm torque. It has a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. At the same time, there is an option of 6-speed AMT in its 1.0-litre TSI engine and 7-speed DSG in the 1.5-litre TSI engine.
It is the only car in its segment to have the highest wheelbase. Its length is 4,225 mm, width is 1,760 mm and height is 1,612 mm. At the same time, its wheelbase is 2,651 mm and ground clearance is 188 mm.
Skoda Kushaq is available for sale in Indian market in five color options. These include, Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Carbon Steel, Honey Orange and Tomato Red.
