The remains of the V-2 rocket, the world’s first supersonic weapon, have been discovered in England. This weapon was fired over London by Hitler’s army during World War II. However, the rocket was destroyed in south-east England before reaching its target. Now the debris of this rocket has been recovered from a field. Supersonic speed is the speed of an object when it becomes faster than the speed of sound.

This rocket was found in the investigation of Nazi weapons
The site of the V-2 rocket fall is being excavated by archaeologists and brothers Colin Welch and Sean Welch, Live Science reports. He said this is the sixth major excavation of a V2 rocket site. They have been searching for more than 10 years for the launch and impact sites of weapons fired by Nazi Germany.
