A fire broke out in a chair plant on Sunday morning near the sixth mile under the Madianv police station area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The sudden fire caused a stir in the surrounding area. At the same time, the police and fire brigade team reached the information and brought the fire under control after a hard effort of two hours. According to the police team, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. But goods worth lakhs were destroyed in this fire. Police is probing the whole matter.
Fire broke out in Kursi plant, 12 fire tenders reached the spot
According to the information received, there is a chair plant near the sixth mile coming under the Madianv police station area of Lucknow. Where the fire broke out on Sunday morning at around 7.30 am due to unknown reasons. Soon the fire took a formidable form. The police team of the local police station, who reached the information of the local people, informed the fire brigade team about the incident. After which about a dozen vehicles of fire brigade of Hazratganj, BKT, Chowk and Indira Nagar reached the spot. Firefighters present at the spot brought the fire under control after more than two hours.
Goods worth lakhs destroyed, 4 workers injured
The police team of Madianv police station reached the spot and told that this chair belongs to Sunil Bansal, a resident of Aliganj. The fire in the plant was brought under control after two hours of hard work, but information is being received that goods worth lakhs have been destroyed in this fire. Also, some fire brigade personnel suffered minor burns while dousing the fire. Along with this, 4 workers of the factory present at the plant have also been scorched in the morning, who are being given first aid after being admitted to the civil hospital. Officials who reached the spot said that no specific reason for the fire has been revealed yet. However, the police team is probing the entire matter.
